ELLA DUGRE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee your total satisfaction with our products. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, please contact us at info@elladugre.com. 

We do not accept Returns for full refunds as most items are custom made. 

You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to do an exchange or receive an online store credit to apply to any future purchases. Your items need to be unworn and will need to be sent back in their original condition and packaging.  If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Return the item back to us and once assessed, we can replace it at no cost to you.

To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All earrings are final sale.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
